Having trouble finding the picture you are looking for? Then you've come to right place.

Here are some helpful tips to get you started.

• Published images are saved under the date they were published. For example any pictures published on Mondy, July 22, 2006 would need to be searched as the following snapshot suggests.
  
  
  
  
• Unpublished images as the name suggests are images taken by photographers that where not used in the paper. However, when searching these images the original raw file of published pictures will also be located.
  
  
• 95% of all unpublished images will appear on the day they were taken. For example photographs taken at a weekend sport event on Saturday, July 22, 2006 would need to be searched as the following snapshot suggests.
  
  
  
  
• Key word search is limited to anything found in captions with published images found in the paper only.
  
  
• Using the image section options will filter your search to just show published or unpublished photos only. The default option is both and will show both kinds of images.
  
  
• Checking 'yes' to every day of the above month option is really only advisable when searching for keywords from captions. This option has the potential of listing 80,000+ images in one search.

1. Q Why can't I use the keyword search on unpublished images?
   A Unfortunately raw images straight from the camera don't carry any information about the photographer who took the picture. We are looking at ways to improve this in the future.
   
   
2. Q I can't find the photographer I had?
   A Chances are it was a casual photographer for an Around Town event. Try using the Around Town option for the photographer.
   
   
3. Q Why is there so many versions on what seems to be the same photograph?
   A To get great pictures the photographers will take several images. This also gives you the option of choosing which photograph you would prefer. The amount of images like this should improve over time.
   
   
4. Q There is a published image I can't find online?
   1A Please let us know ASAP, we may need re-upload images for that day.
   
   2A Sometimes not all the images can be found by this site. Soon we'll provide a way to buy published images only without searching through images stocks.
   
   
5. Q Why can I only search 2006+?
   A Unfortunately we can't load all the images online at this time. Images pre-2006 can be purchased at front reception of the Shepparton News.
   
   
6. Q Why do some previews not show images but give me NA (Not available)?
   A This means something has gone wrong with the upload process. Please let us know about it so we can fix the problem. As you can imagine it's hard to keep track of 4,000 + images a day.
